1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NCLEX NOVA GLOBAL ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

NCLEX NOVA GLOBAL provides online educational content, practice questions, mock exams, study planning tools, and AI-assisted tutoring for the purpose of NCLEX examination preparation. The Platform is a study aid only and does not guarantee exam passage or licensure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are a nursing student, graduate, or licensed professional seeking NCLEX preparation. You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@nclexnovaprep.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security violations.

5. Paid Plans, Billing & Refunds

Certain features require payment of fees. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Copy, redistribute, or publicly display Platform content without authorization
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to circumvent technical measures, access restricted areas, or disrupt Platform operations
• Upload malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with other users' experience

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to questions, rationales, explanations, software, graphics, and design, is the property of NCLEX NOVA GLOBAL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal study purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content reflects the exact format or difficulty of the official NCLEX examination. NCLEX NOVA GLOBAL is a study aid, not a substitute for nursing education, clinical training, or professional judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCLEX NOVA GLOBAL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, exam results, or licensure opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the requested period months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
